All of our 100% smoke free motel rooms offer the convenience of a refrigerator, microwave, one cup coffee maker, iron & board, cable TV with DVD player, hairdryer and clock radio. All motel rooms have a screened in lakeside porch. All motel rooms have complimentary wireless internet access.

Motel Rooms start as low as $85.00 per Night for 2 people, $10/extra person, maximum 4 people.
From July 4th Weekend until Labor Day Weekend, Motel Rooms start at $100.00 per Night for 2 people, $10/extra person, Weekends at $120.00 per Night
There is a minimum of three nights for motel reservations in July & August.
There is a minimum 10 day cancellation policy on any Motel Reservation or a resulting charge equal to 1 night will be applied.
7% NY State Tax is applied
