Birch Point is a semi-detached cottage sharing with Pine Place (10).

Located on a hill. Set back from lake. Has screened porch with picnic table and propane grill. Access requires a steep stair climb.

Two bedrooms. First bedroom has a Queen size bed. First bedroom also has a small balcony. Second bedroom has a Full size bed        and a Twin size bed.

Living area has a fireplace, a sofa bed, LCD TV with ROKU Player and DVD player.

Full kitchen w/dishwasher, range oven, refrigerator & microwave.

Bath w/stall shower.

Add $10 per night for additional person (Max sleeps 6).
