Chipmunk is located along the shoreline. The short walk from the parking spot places you near the middle of the property's shoreline walkway. The second floor balcony off the bedroom provides a bird's eye view.

The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed and full bath with stall shower. A door from the bedroom leads out onto the balcony.
