MOTEL ROOMS
Available during our main season, beginning of May to 3rd week in October
The namesake building of Motel Long Lake & Cottages contains our main office and 8 motel rooms.
A classic piece of mid-century Americana, Motel Long Lake catered to vacationers travelling through the Adirondacks by providing automobile parking right at the room door.
Built in the mid 1950s, the motel floor plan is unchanged. Several updates and renovations have given it plenty of 21st century amenities.
Our motel includes a mix of renovated king rooms and classic double rooms. We currently have 3 renovated motel rooms with king beds, while the remaining motel rooms include two full-size beds. Pet friendly rooms are available for those travelling with their dogs.
Each motel room offers the convenience of a mini-refrigerator, microwave, one cup coffee maker, iron & board, and ROKU TV

There is a minimum of three nights for motel reservations during the high season and holiday weekends. There is a minimum of 2 nights for motel reservations during the off season.
At all times, there is a charge of $25 per additional person up to 4 maximum.
We are required to apply 8% NY State Tax to all motel rentals.
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10:30AM.
For cancellations in the motel, we must be notified no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the check-in date or a charge equal to one night's stay will be applied.
All cancellations of deposits made by credit card will be subject to an 8% processing fee.
